RULES AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION: FREYLISH - gift for the purchase of an electrical product – hair conditioner

DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The promotion FREYLISH – GIFT FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ELECTRICAL PRODUCT – HAIR CONDITIONER begins on June 1, 2024, at 09:00 and is valid until revoked, but no later than July 31, 2024, at 23:59, or until stock lasts, limited to the first 500 orders. The promotion applies to the e-shop www.freylish.eu
Conditions of application
- a) The customer adds 1 piece of any Freylish electrical product to the cart, and the gift hair CONDITIONER will automatically appear in the order.
- b) The product that the customer receives for FREE as a gift will be visible in the summary of their shopping cart.
- c) The customer is obliged to check the recapitulation of the shopping cart. If there are not at least 2 products in the cart, there is no free product and consequently the customer will not see the free gift. If there is an error on the website and the second product will not be reflected in the order for free, we recommend that you restore the website or contact customer service.
- d) The offer is valid until revoked, but no later than July 30, 2024, at 23:59, or until stock lasts.
- e) The promotion can be combined with other discounts or discount codes.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING THE PROMOTION: FREYLISH - GIFT FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ELECTRICAL PRODUCT – HAIR CONDITIONER
If the customer is interested in returning the product purchased during the promotion FREYLISH – GIFT FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ELECTRICAL PRODUCT – HAIR CONDITIONER, the following conditions must be met:
- a) The product can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- b) The customer bears the cost of returning the product to the Freylish seller.
- c) When returning goods purchased during the promotion FREYLISH – GIFT FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ELECTRICAL PRODUCT – HAIR CONDITIONER, the customer must also return the CONDITIONER he received as part of the promotion (free gift).
- d) If the customer chooses a new product that also qualifies for the gift, he may keep the gift. If the customer chooses a refund instead of an exchange, the gift must be returned unused and in its original packaging along with the product.
- e) After receiving and processing the returned package, the customer will be refunded the funds for each unused product. The refund is made to the customer's account, from which the order was paid.
Shipping fees are fixed and unchanged during the promotion as stated on the e-shop website.
